Why it’s on the route
MAME began in 2016 as two small cafés run by Emi Fukahori and Mathieu Theis, and added its own roastery in 2019. The menu is organised by flavour rather than origin, with a taste wheel to choose from, and filter coffees and tasting flights sit next to espresso. The Josefstrasse and Seefeld shops are compact and design-led.
