Why it’s on the route
Miró was founded in 2013 by brothers Daniel and David Sanchez and roasts in the same Brauerstrasse space where it serves, on a 22-kilo Probat installed in 2024. It works with small farmers, including a direct relationship in Nicaragua, and runs a rotating line-up of seasonal coffees. The café offers Kalita and V60 filter alongside espresso, in an airy space designed through an open call to ETH architecture students.
