Why it’s on the route
Rösterei is part of the family firm Blaser Café and roasts its Terroir line on a machine at the centre of a converted car garage. Up to six single origins are usually available, brewed as Chemex, Kalita, V60 or Syphon, and the shop sells home brewing gear. Light snacks and pastries are served in a bright, industrial-feeling room.
