Shiu Xiang is the second Fika Fika, opened in 2024 at 38 Yitong Street beside Yitong Park and named after founder James Chen's mother. It focuses on hand-brewed coffee from beans Chen designs and roasts, often medium to dark yet aromatic, with names like Ethiopia Arba Noir and Sumatra Forêt Mystique 58. The Coffee Sonata set pairs two or three contrasting cups, served at an unhurried pace in a compact, Japanese-leaning room.
