Why it’s on the route

Posuo Coffee Studio's Guanxi shop is the brand's second branch, set in a three-storey townhouse that once served as the residence of the local police substation chief. A Giesen roaster by the entrance handles all of its beans, and the focus is hand-brewed single origins, with beans set out at the counter to smell before choosing; the house blend for milk drinks is a floral, fruity light-medium roast. Upstairs are sofas, a balcony and a magazine corner.
