Why it’s on the route

Alexta is a Chiang Rai roastery and café working with local farmers in areas such as Pang Khon and Huai Chom Phu, selling shade-grown organic Arabica in washed, natural, honey and anaerobic lots. The roastery sits behind glass doors in a quiet, two-part café in San Sai, with a dedicated pour-over area beside it serving local filter coffees that lean berry and winey. Roasts run a touch darker for milk drinks and americanos.
