Alio Slow Bar

Why it’s on the route

Alio Slow Bar is the town outlet of a family coffee farm in Doi Chang, a short walk from Chiang Rai's clock tower, selling only beans grown on its own land. The moody-lit bar displays coffees in large glass jars, from black honey and natural lots to medium-roast house blends, and the owner is often on hand to talk about the family's farming history.
