Why it’s on the route
Brave Roasters began in 2013 as a roasting-only operation, one of Bangkok's earliest specialty roasters, before opening cafés. Co-founder Tay Wipvasutti, a former Thai Brewers Cup medallist, won the 2023 World AeroPress Championship. The Siam Discovery bar, on the department store's third floor, is a convenient stop to try the house roasts, from Thai-grown and single-origin coffees to competition lots, and to pick up beans.
