Why it’s on the route
Factory Coffee was started in 2013 by Srettakarn 'Bew' Veerakultevon, who left an economics degree for coffee and became Thailand's Barista Champion in 2020. Every batch is roasted in-house under head roaster Naruepon Wuttipappinyo, who has represented Thailand at the World Coffee Roasting Championship, and the team works with partner farms on processing. The Phayathai café serves coffee in every format, filter included, with beans like Flower Room and Awesome Berry.
