Why it’s on the route
Nine One Coffee grows organic Arabica on its own farm in Doi Saket, planted among existing trees rather than cleared land, and founder Wullop Pasananon is a self-taught farmer and roaster. The Nimman Soi 11 shop is a minimalist tasting room where the beans are roasted in-house and served as single origins, traced from farm to cup. The brand also runs cafés at the farm and at Mae Kachan hot spring.
