Terroir.cnx is the Chiang Mai café where founder Brew Boy first built his coffee practice, working closely with local farmers on cultivation and processing before opening Terroir.bkk in Bangkok's Song Wat. He roasts the beans himself, pairing northern Thai origins with sought-after international lots, and the approach runs from farm visits through to extraction.
