Why it’s on the route
Ristr8to was opened on Nimmanhaemin Road in 2011 by Arnon 'Tong' Thitiprasert, who later won the 2017 World Latte Art Championship. The Lab on Nimman Soi 3 was the brand's roastery and café, with a 6kg Giesen roaster in the corner and a brew bar offering V60, Clever, Woodneck, Chemex, AeroPress and siphon. Espresso drinks lean on the Black Hand blend and the latte art the brand is known for.
