WatchHouse Maltby Street Roastery

Why it’s on the route

WatchHouse moved its roasting in-house in a Maltby Street railway arch, and the roasting is visible through back windows. The curved red-brick coffee bar serves pour-over, often with special coffees, as well as batch filter and espresso, with baked goods. WatchHouse has several cafés across London, but this arch is the roastery site.
