Why it’s on the route

Ampersand is a Boulder roaster whose coffee is all organic and Fair Trade, most of it bought from Café Femenino cooperatives that guarantee women farmers land rights, leadership roles and direct pay. It also sells Regenerative Organic Certified and Smithsonian Bird Friendly lots and gives 0.5% of revenue to the International Women's Coffee Alliance. The public tasting room in Gunbarrel serves espresso drinks and pour-overs.
