Why it’s on the route

Arcane Estate Coffee is a small Cornelia Street café devoted to coffee from Panama, sourced directly from family farms in the Chiriquí highlands, including prized Geisha lots. Micro-lots rotate to show different altitudes and processing styles, brewed as single-origin pour-overs and meant to be tasted slowly rather than grabbed to go. The room has dark wood, brass accents and botanical prints, and it fills quickly on weekends.
