Why it’s on the route

Coffee Project New York started as this tiny East Village shop and now roasts its own coffee in Long Island City, Queens, where it also runs an SCA Premier training campus. Its owners are Q graders and competition judges, and the bar is known for pour-overs and signature drinks, most famously its deconstructed latte.
