Why it’s on the route

Café Integral is the work of Nicaraguan-born Q grader César Vega, who imports coffees from Nicaragua and roasts them in Brooklyn. After cafés inside other businesses, he opened the standalone Elizabeth Street shop in Nolita in 2016, serving espresso, batch brew, and Kalita Wave or Chemex pour-overs, along with house-made nut milks.
