Evans Brothers was founded around 2009 by brothers Rick and Randy Evans, who began as wholesalers in Sandpoint and travel with their roasting team to build relationships with farmers. The home base on Church Street is a roasting warehouse with a small coffee bar beside it, and the company has since added cafés in Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. Its coffees won Good Food Awards in both 2023 and 2024.
