Why it’s on the route
Case Coffee Roasters was founded in 2008 by Kati and Tim Case, who roast in small batches and focus on tracing each coffee back to the farm. The Siskiyou Boulevard shop near Southern Oregon University doubles as the roastery, a bright, minimalist room with plants, bench seating and fresh pastries; a second café is on Lithia Way.
