Why it’s on the route

Noble was started in 2007 by Jared and Carolyn Rennie, roasting on a Probat in their garage and naming the company after Jared's grandfather, Noble Dukes. The couple travel to origin to buy green coffee and built their reputation on high-scoring, largely organic lots. Their 4th Street coffeehouse and roastery, open since 2009, is a regular gathering place for Oregon Shakespeare Festival actors and crew.
