Why it’s on the route

Coffea's West Side shop is the flagship of its three Sioux Falls cafés, and all its coffee is roasted on site in a roastery visitors can watch through the windows. The menu is mostly single origins, available as espresso, batch brew or pour-over on Kalita Wave or French press, with cakes and pastries baked in-house. The modern building near I-29 has a counter and retail area, a separate seating room and a shaded patio.
