Why it’s on the route
Dayglow was founded by Tohm Ifergan, a former touring drummer and Portola Coffee barista, and this pink-and-neon Silver Lake shop is the original. It began as a self-described maximalist multi-roaster, rotating Nordic-style light roasts from roasters around the world, and since 2022 has also roasted its own coffee in Massachusetts. Espresso and hand brews sit beside playful film-named signature drinks.
