Eightfold is a small Echo Park café on Sunset Boulevard with minimalist decor and a slightly retro feel, serving coffee from rotating roasters as espresso and pour-over. The menu also runs to drinks like white chocolate lattes and condensed-milk matcha, with light food such as avocado toast and chia pudding. A second location operates in the Arts District.
