Why it’s on the route

Endorffeine is the one-man coffee bar of Jack Benchakul, a former biochemist turned pastry chef, tucked into Far East Plaza in Chinatown. He makes every drink himself at a nine-seat U-shaped bar, blending his own mineral water for brewing and pouring coffees from guest roasters without sugar or syrups. Rare lots appear as espresso on Mondays and pour-over on Tuesdays, and the coconut-pandan cold brew latte is a signature.
