Fort Smith Coffee Co. was opened in 2017 by Gabe and Kaity Gould in a renovated 1928 filling station on Rogers Avenue, and the couple roast all of their coffee in-house. A larger second shop in the Bakery District has couches beside the roaster, hammocks and outdoor space, and both counters carry house-baked scones, cookies and breads.
