Why it’s on the route

Airship Coffee was founded in 2006 by agronomist Mark Bray, who began by building a fair supply chain for coffee farmers in the mountains of Honduras. The 5th Street shop, opened in 2018, was the first of Airship's four Bentonville cafés, and every coffee is roasted and packed by hand here. It sits within easy cycling distance of the brand's other shops on the town's bike network.
