Why it’s on the route
Full City Rooster was started by Michael Wyatt in 2013 as a roasting studio in the Cedars, south of downtown Dallas, and has since grown a small café around the roaster. The focus is small-batch, single-origin coffee, sold as whole beans and brewed as pour-over, espresso drinks and cold brew. Pastries round out the counter.
