Why it’s on the route

Noble Coyote is a Dallas roaster with a small coffee bar set inside its roastery on Exposition Avenue, just outside Fair Park. It roasts direct-trade coffees that are also brewed at other shops around the city, and the bar serves pour-overs, lattes and cold brew, with public cuppings held regularly.
