White Rock Coffee

Why it’s on the route

White Rock Coffee was started by Nancy and Bob Baker, who began roasting in their garage and in 2005 opened this first shop in a converted Church's Chicken on Northwest Highway. They still roast in house, visit farms in Colombia and Costa Rica each year to buy green coffee, and train baristas at a Brew Lab near the original shop, which serves pour-over alongside espresso drinks.
