Function Coffee Labs is a tiny corner café at 10th and Carpenter in Bella Vista, opened in 2016 by Ross Nickerson, a former mechanical engineer, with Megan McCusker. It has served guest roasters such as Case and Ceremony as espresso, batch brew and Chemex pour-over, measured with scales and a refractometer, and bakes sourdough-based pastries in-house.
