Hala Tree is a certified-organic Kona farm in Captain Cook, bought and restored by Jean and Danielle Orlowski after a 2012 vacation. They grow Typica and Heritage Kona alongside Geisha, SL28 and Red Bourbon, process them washed, natural and honey, and roast on site, with farm tours and roasting experiences by reservation.
