Why it’s on the route

Hello Em is run by Yenvy Pham and Nghia Bui inside the Little Saigon Creative space in the Chinatown-International District. It roasts Vietnamese robusta, sourced through family connections, on its own tiny roaster, and brews it in the traditional phin. The menu centres on Vietnamese drinks made with condensed milk and whipped egg cream.
