Victrola Coffee Roasters

Why it’s on the route

Victrola has been roasting in Seattle since 2000 and is now part of Vibe Coffee Group. Its Pike Street flagship on Capitol Hill doubles as the company's roastery, training space and cupping room, so the roaster works in full view of the café, and public cuppings of single-origin coffees have been held there. Pour-over is offered alongside espresso in a large, open room on the Pike-Pine corridor.
