Why it’s on the route

Jubilee Roasting Co. was started in 2015 by Peter Wanberg, who turned an old warehouse in North Aurora into a combined roastery, café and set of artist studios. Coffee is roasted on site and served as drip and espresso, including an off-menu 'One & One' that splits a double shot into a macchiato and a neat espresso, and the team runs monthly cupping classes. Garage doors open onto a patio, and the industrial room has been renovated twice.
