Why it’s on the route

Dandy Lion is a Park Hill coffee shop and plant boutique run by Duc Huynh, also behind Vinh Xuong Bakery, and Dominique Huynh, who builds the terrariums and hosts terrarium workshops. Coffee is from Huckleberry Roasters, used for cortados, lavender lattes and a slow-dripped Kyoto-style iced coffee. Moss grows beneath the espresso bar, and the shop also pours beer and wine.
