Kings Peak was founded in Salt Lake City in 2018 by Garland and Brandy Ledbetter, who hand-roast specialty coffee in small batches and buy through direct-trade relationships in Guatemala and Costa Rica. Their line-up includes single origins, blends named after Utah peaks such as Mt Olympus and Timpanogos, and barrel-aged coffees.
