Why it’s on the route

Lucky Goat was founded in Tallahassee by Ben Pautsch, an FSU graduate, as a wholesale business before it began roasting its own coffee. Each single origin is hand-roasted in Tallahassee to its own profile, sourced through vetted importers, and the company now runs several cafés in the city. The North Monroe Street café serves pour-over alongside the house cold brew and lattes it is best known for.
