Why it’s on the route

Luna Caffè is owned by Will Chacon, who began by serving coffee to the parents of his drum students in what was then a music studio on Castle Street; he still teaches in a small room by the patio. In 2019 he opened a roastery a few blocks east to roast micro-lots he chooses himself, including Honduran coffee from a Raleigh importer's family farm.
