Moonshot Coffee opened in 2016 in the former Caffé Delia space on White Center's main strip, from the team behind Burien Press. The espresso bar has long poured Olympia Coffee, turning out cortados and lattes. It doubles as a small market stocked with craft beer, natural wine, non-alcoholic bottles and tinned fish, and its non-alcoholic negroni has a following.
