Pollen is a combined coffee bar and flower studio on South French Broad Avenue, built around self-expression through flowers, coffee, design and music. The coffee comes exclusively from Brooklyn roaster SEY, served as espresso from a La Marzocco Linea PB and as carefully dialled filter, in a bright, plant-filled room the team designed themselves.
