Summit Coffee is a certified-organic roaster based in Davidson, North Carolina, focused on small-lot coffees. Its River Arts District café was destroyed by Hurricane Helene, and after more than 18 months serving from a coffee truck, Summit reopened in April 2026 at Wedge Studios, sharing the space with Joyful Noise Hi-Fi, a vinyl listening lounge and kitchen.
