Sisters Coffee Company (Pearl)

Why it’s on the route

Sisters Coffee Company is a family roaster from the town of Sisters in central Oregon, now run by second-generation siblings Jared, Justin and Jesse Durham. Its Pearl District café opened in 2011 and was reworked after a 2018 fire, with a Modbar setup for espresso and pour-over, white-oak surfaces, long bench seating and a mural of the Three Sisters peaks.
