Spyhouse Coffee

Why it’s on the route

Spyhouse is a Minneapolis roaster with more than two decades of history and a group of cafés across the Twin Cities; it has been owned since 2021 by the Kansas City-based FairWave Coffee Collective while keeping its own brand and roasting. The Rochester café, its first outside the Twin Cities, opened in late 2022 on Second Street SW inside the TownePlace Suites, a few blocks from St. Marys Hospital and downtown.
