Why it’s on the route
Tectonic Coffee Co. was co-founded in Los Angeles in 2016 by Deaton Pigot, whose hospitality and coffee career spans Australia, Ireland, Singapore and the US, and who visits origins each year. The roastery runs Loring Smart Roast machines, and the range covers light-to-medium single origins such as Honduran Geishas alongside blends and dark roasts. Its coffee has also been recognised at the Golden Bean awards.
