Why it’s on the route

Tenfold was founded by Jacob Ibarra with partners Euseng Teo and Donovan McLagen and opened in June 2020 in a 3,000-square-foot space on Aurora Street in the Greater Heights. A Probat P12 roasts beside the 20-foot bar, which runs a Synesso espresso machine, batch brew and manual filter, with a training lab used for coffee classes. The airy room, filled with tall plants and a patio, also hosts rotating food pop-ups; there is a separate espresso bar downtown.
