Why it’s on the route
Valor was started in 2016 by Dawsonville high-school friends Riley Westbrook, Ethan Rivers and Ross Walters with a Kickstarter-funded coffee cart, before opening its small Alpharetta café in 2019. Since 2020 it has roasted on a Loring S15 Falcon at its own Alpharetta roastery, favouring light, sweet roasts, and the café pairs a Kees van der Westen Spirit espresso machine with service modelled on fine dining.
