Ghost Note opened on Capitol Hill in 2017, run by Christos Andrews and Lee Hampton, with Broadcast Coffee as its roaster. The bar is known for cocktail-style coffee drinks built on house syrups and bitters, such as the Sun Ship with grapefruit-rosemary syrup, coconut water and lime, which Andrews first made for Coffee Masters NYC. Espresso and filter come alongside toasts on Columbia City Bakery bread and local pastries.
