Why it’s on the route
Voyager grew from a coffee cart Lauren Burns built in a garage and ran at farmers' markets; with Sameer Shah she opened this first shop on Stevens Creek Boulevard in 2016, and began roasting in-house in 2019. The bright, glass-fronted room runs a three-group La Marzocco Strada, pour-overs on Silverton drippers and batch brew, plus a 'destination' menu of drinks named for cities. Voyager has since expanded to several South Bay cafés.
