43 Factory Coffee Roaster

43 Factory was co-founded by Da Nang native Le Dac Thanh, who named it after the city's licence-plate code; the brand is now moving to the name XLIII Coffee. The My An café, a few blocks from the beach, wraps an open central bar in steel and glass, with a tree rising through the floors and stone booths set into a koi pond. The roastery leans to light, origin-focused roasts of rare lots such as Gesha, offered as pour-over, batch brew and espresso.
