The Espresso Station

Why it’s on the route

The Espresso Station roasts on a compact 5kg roaster at the back of its yellow-walled, blue-gated building, down an alley off Tran Hung Dao. Da Lat Arabica goes into the espresso and phin blend, and pour-over is offered with a Vietnamese single origin or a Panamanian coffee; a signature is cold brew frozen into ice cubes, melted with hot milk. Most seats are in a long, shaded courtyard, with a small fan-cooled room indoors.
